Teaching our new guides how to be successful.

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well! I have been so busy with work that I haven't had much time to sit and write on the blog like I want to. But, I am back today with something fun to tell everyone! 

We recently hired two new tour guides to join our ranks as the best tour guides in Houston! We recently underwent a change in management, and I was promoted to Business Manager and CFO of Houston Ghost Tour (tooting my own horn here!), and when this change happened, we added a lot of new policies. One of them being that we put our new guides through an extensive training period. Part of how we give our customers the best experience is by training our guides to be the best they can be. Your guide should be able to answer your questions, and know everything about ghosts that they can possibly know - that way when you come to them with a question or an experience, they can help you understand it better and therefore enjoy your tour that much more. Keep in mind, however, that they are still being trained, and we do allow a little bit of leway to get the hang of giving the tours before we smack them over the head with a frying pan for messing up. That last little bit was specifically for them if they are reading. ;) 

With that being said, I am happy to welcome Adrian and David to Houston Ghost Tour! 

We know you will both do well, and we look forward to what you will both bring to the company.
